does anyone have any information about selenium heteropolymetalates? I mean methodics, I found some sources but all of them said that just mix required amounts of chemicals.

The area of study is too exotic. It is difficult to find a specialist who synthesized and investigated such compounds.

Unfortunately, you just have to try. Even in detailed methods, important things can be omitted (consciously or accidentally).

Thank you, Volodymyr! I have an idea and I need your advice. what do you think if I synthesize selenium heteropolymetalates according to similar tellurium heteropolymetalates? maybe it's the best idea.

also new one. Sodium 6-molybdocobaltate(III) - Na3(CoMo6O24H6)*8H2O

It should work. Perhaps the composition (formula) will be different.

Excellent collection. But heteropoly acids (HPAs) are not a common reagents. There are several articles on their applications - as an oxygen reduction catalist in fuel cells and some other:
